These Terms and Conditions define the rules for selling Products using means of distance communication and providing services electronically.
By using means of distance communication, the company provides the following services:
– allows the purchase of Products listed in the company’s offer,
– provides Clients with information about Products available in the company’s offer.
The Client has free access to these Terms and Conditions via the website www.aqua-tek.eu.
The Client accepts these Terms and Conditions by using the appropriate form on the website.
The company sells Products using means of distance communication through the Online Store www.aqua-tek.eu.
All products are brand new, originally packaged, and covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Information about Products provided on the Online Store pages, in particular their descriptions, technical and functional parameters, and prices, constitute an invitation to conclude a contract under Article 71 of the Polish Civil Code.
Prices in the Online Store are gross prices and are indicated in GBP.
Delivery of the goods is at the expense of the Buyer via a courier company.
Delivery costs are indicated in the shopping cart (delivery costs shown in the cart apply within the Great Britain, Ireland, . The method and cost of transport outside the EU are individually agreed with the Client).
The contract is concluded by placing an order by the Client in the Online Store and the company’s confirmation of acceptance of the order according to the rules described below.
Selecting products and placing an order in the Online Store is done by filling out the appropriate form, by clicking the "Add to Cart" button under each product.
The Client receives an email confirming the acceptance of the order.
The order confirmation contains information about the order item, order number, total price, payment method and deadline, and delivery method and deadline.
Payments can be made by:
– instant transfer via the operator Przelewy24 – PayPro S.A., ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, Poland,
– traditional bank transfer to the company’s account before receiving the ordered products – in this case, the order is processed once the funds are credited to the company’s account,
– cash on delivery (COD) – in this case, after selecting the "cash on delivery" payment option, the amount must be paid to the courier upon receipt of the shipment,
– cash payment upon personal collection of the goods.
Each purchase is confirmed with a receipt or VAT invoice – at the Client’s request.
At every stage of the order, the Client can contact the Online Store’s customer service by phone, email, or the contact form available on the store website.
Each product has a specified availability. Information about product availability is provided on its individual page. In the event of temporary or permanent unavailability, the Client will be notified immediately. If the order processing time exceeds the time indicated on the website, the Seller reserves the right to agree with the Client on a new processing time, modify, or cancel the order.
Delivery of goods is at the Buyer’s expense via courier.
The method and cost of delivery abroad are individually agreed with the Client.
Products are delivered via courier from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. To arrange delivery details, the courier will contact the Client by phone (including SMS).
All shipments weighing no more than 31.5 kg, or whose dimensions (length/width/height) are less than 200 cm, are delivered to the premises according to the delivery address. Other shipments are delivered to the building indicated at the delivery address, and the courier is obliged to unload the package from the vehicle.
The Seller is responsible to the Consumer for non-conformity of the goods with the contract in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights.
A complaint can be submitted:
– in writing to the company’s address,
– by email: sklep@aqua-tek.eu
The complaint must contain:
– the Client’s full name,
– order number,
– description of non-conformity,
– the Consumer’s request (repair, replacement, refund, price reduction).
Complaints are processed within 14 calendar days.
In accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, the Consumer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the Consumer takes possession of the goods.
The Consumer must return the goods without delay, no later than 14 days from the day they informed the Seller of the withdrawal.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Consumer.
The Seller will refund all payments received, including the costs of the cheapest offered delivery method, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal statement.
The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received or proof of their return is provided – whichever occurs first.

Personal data are processed in accordance with:
– Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR),
– the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data.
Data is collected solely for the purpose of processing orders, handling complaints, and keeping accounting records.
The Client has the right to:
– access their data,
– correct their data,
– restrict processing,
– data portability,
– delete data (right to be forgotten),
– file a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Authority.
Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to conclude the contract.
The Consumer has the possibility to use extrajudicial methods for handling complaints and pursuing claims.
