GENERAL PROVISIONS:

1. The Regulations define the rules for the sale of Products using means of distance communication and the provision of services by electronic means.

2. Using means of distance communication, the company provides the following services:
- enables the purchase of Products from the company's offer,
- provides Customers with information about the Products available in the company's offer,

3. The Customer has access to the Regulations free of charge via the website www.aqua-tek.eu

4. The Customer accepts these Regulations using the appropriate form on the website.

SALE:

1. The Company sells Products using means of distance communication via the Online Store www.aqua-tek.eu

2. All products are brand new, originally packaged and have a manufacturer's warranty.

Information about the Products provided on the Online Store website, in particular their descriptions, technical and utility parameters and prices, constitute an invitation to conclude an agreement, within the meaning of art. 71 of the Civil Code.

3. Prices in the Online Store are gross prices, given in Polish zlotys.

The goods are delivered at the Buyer's expense via a courier company.

Delivery costs are indicated in the order basket ( Delivery costs indicated in the order basket apply to the territory of the Republic of Poland. It is possible to ship the goods abroad. The method and cost of transport abroad are agreed individually with the customer. )

4. The Agreement is concluded by placing an order by the Customer in the Online Store and confirming the acceptance of the order by the company on the principles described below.

Selecting products and placing an order in the Online Store is done by filling out the appropriate form, by clicking the "Add to Cart" button, located under each product

The Customer receives an e-mail with confirmation of its acceptance.

The order acceptance confirmation contains information about the subject of the order, order number, total price, method and date of payment, method and date of delivery.

5. Payment can be made:

- by quick transfer via the Przelewy24 operator - PayPro S.A. ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań,

- by traditional transfer to the company's account before collecting the ordered products - In this case, the order is transferred for execution when the funds are credited to the company's account

- in cash to the courier (cash on delivery) - In this case, after the Customer selects the "cash on delivery" payment option, the amount due for the order should be paid to the courier when collecting the package.

6. Each purchase is confirmed by a receipt or VAT invoice. - at the customer's request.

7. At any stage of the order, the customer can contact the Online Store's customer service by phone or by communicating via the e-mail address or the contact form available on the Online Store's website

ORDER PROCESSING TIME AND DELIVERY

1. Each product has a specific availability. Information regarding the availability of a given product is provided on its individual page. In the event of temporary or permanent unavailability of the product, the Customer will be informed immediately. In the event that the order fulfillment deadline is extended beyond the one indicated on the website, the seller reserves the right to agree with the customer on a new fulfillment deadline, change or cancel the order.

2. The goods are delivered at the Buyer's expense via a courier company.
• The method and cost of transport abroad is agreed with the customer individually.

3. The products are delivered via a courier company from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. In order to arrange the details of the delivery, the courier will contact the Customer by phone (including SMS).

4. All parcels where the weight of the parcel does not exceed 31.5 kg, or each of its dimensions (length/width/height) is less than 200 cm are delivered to the premises in accordance with the delivery address. Other parcels are delivered to the building indicated in the delivery address, the courier is obliged to unload the parcel from the vehicle.

COMPLAINTS

1. The Company undertakes to consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of its submission.

2. The complaint should be submitted in writing by registered mail or by e-mail: sklep@aqua-tek.eu

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT:

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.
